What this tool does
Upload a PDF, type the watermark text, and choose the angle (diagonal, horizontal, or vertical), font size, and opacity. The text is drawn across the center of every page in semi-transparent gray with the standard Helvetica font, and the result downloads as a new PDF. The original pages are untouched apart from the added mark.
Runs entirely in your browser
The watermarked copy is generated locally in the browser tab. A draft stamped CONFIDENTIAL actually stays confidential, because no server ever sees the original or the output.
